Robert W. McChesney has written a great article called “The Moment Has Come for Media Reform” at commondreams.org. He is the founder and president of the non-profit orginizaiton Free Press. I’m going to have to read his book “The Problem of the Media: U.S. Communication Politics in the Twenty-First Century”.
