		<description>That&#039;s nuts.  Besides the fact they include services that aren&#039;t free, the only way I see that as realistic is if you factor in is University supplied access, which is generally only accessible to Duke, NCSU, UNC-CH, NCCU, etc. faculty, students and staff.

I have a certain amount of 1st hand experience with Wifi throughout the Triangle and we&#039;re far away from where we could be....hmmm, now that I think about it a little more maybe this survey shows how lousy Wifi access is throughout the country ;-).</description>
