I got an incredible traffic boost during a 2 month period when image searches for the term "google" alone showed one of my images in the top results: <a href="http://justinsomnia.org/2005/08/searching-for-google/" rel="nofollow">Searching for Google</a>. No need for the plus-sign, google eat alone is enough to turn up audio activism as the top result.
