Lex Alexander of the Greensboro, NC newspaper, News & Record, has posted a document to his blog, the Lex files, of suggestions on how they can make "our flagship Web site more of an online town square or public square." Thanks to Ed Cone and Jay Rosen for pointing me to this and discussing it.
